This service is ideal for those that have their vendors organized; yet would like assistance keeping them on track. Additionally, this package is great for those that need help with decorations, keeping the event timeline on schedule and coordinating the rehearsal, ceremony & reception.
Package Includes:
An in-person meeting (can accommodate a 2nd meeting as needed); during our initial consultation we will discuss the vision for your event and I will share the details of my service. For the in-person meeting it is ideal if we can meet at the venue or location of your convenience to further discuss the details of your vision and how that vision will fit into the environment where the event will take place.
Prior to the event we will coordinate a day and time to bring the wedding party together for a rehearsal to determine the ceremony processional order with all the participants joining you for a practice run.
In preparation for the ceremony, prior to your guest’s arrival I will verify that the site set-up has been completed. Once the family and wedding party are ready (dressed), I will pin the boutonnieres followed by corsages and bouquets. Prior to the grand entrance or start of your ceremony I will facilitate direction to get your guests to their seats. At the start of the ceremony I will coordinate and cue the DJ, family and bridal party according to our processional plan.
One advantage this package offers in addition to ‘The Basics’ packages is that I provide additional support with coordinating your vendors. Prior to the event day I will utilize your final vendor list to reach out and introduce myself to your vendors. On the event day I will greet your vendors and act as their point of contact for support; after cake cutting, I will check-out with all remaining vendors. Regarding events that include a marriage license, I will ensure the officiant receives this prior to the start of the ceremony. Throughout the event I will work with your DJ; I will ensure that the DJ and officiant have performed an equipment sound check before the ceremony. I will cue the DJ with the processional song(s) prior to going down the aisle. Additionally, I will confirm that the DJ has the schedule and cues for the ceremony through the reception. With regard to portraits, I will assist photographer in gathering and positioning family members. Finally, I will work with you and your venue to develop contingency plans as needed on your big day.
For the reception I will verify set-up is on-track or complete prior to the ceremony. Additionally, I will support guests finding their assigned tables, ensure cocktail & dinner service timelines are on track, as well as provide support for any planned toast(s) and the cake cutting.
Once we have identified that your vision and my service complement one another, I will forward a specific contract to you. Once the contract is signed and returned your event date will be reserved.
