Running the Rehearsal & Ceremony (Maximum of 4 hours)

For the Bride & Groom who have all of their vendors organized and just need a day-of coordinator to run the rehearsal and ceremony.
The Package Includes:
An in-person meeting; during our initial consultation we will discuss the vision for your event and I will share the details of my service. For the in-person meeting it is ideal if we can meet at the venue or location of your convenience to further discuss the details of your vision and how that vision will fit into the environment where the event will take place.
Prior to the event we will coordinate a day and time to bring the wedding party together for a rehearsal to determine the ceremony processional order with all the participants joining you for a practice run.
In preparation for the ceremony, prior to your guest’s arrival I will verify that the site set-up has been completed. Once the family and wedding party are ready (dressed), I will pin the boutonnieres followed by corsages and bouquets. Prior to the grand entrance or start of your ceremony I will facilitate direction to get your guests to their seats. At the start of the ceremony I will coordinate and cue the DJ, family and bridal party according to our processional plan.
Once we have identified that your vision and my service complement one another, I will forward a specific contract to you. Once the contract is signed and returned your event date will be reserved.
